Book a Cottage
Weekly reservations will run from Saturday to Saturday for the 2021 season, with check-in time at 5pm to allow extra cleaning. Weekly rates for each cottage are for the number of persons designated. Each cottage will accommodate two extra persons. For each extra person add $25 a night or $125 a week.
Woodlawn operates for the convenience of the guests who stay in our cabins. All visitors must register at the office. Visitor charge is $10 per day for each person staying more than 2 hrs up to 8 hrs; more than 8 hrs is $25. We reserve the right to limit visitors.
No camping, pets, jet skis, or fireworks. Smokers please smoke outside.
Deposit of one third of cottage rental is required. Telephone, website, and email reservations are held seven days while we await your check. When we receive your check, we'll mail you a confirmation that your reservation has become final.
Payment of balance, by check or money order, is due 60 days prior to arrival. Payment must be received by the due date or your reservation will be subject to cancellation.
Cancellation. If you cancel, we’ll refund payments if we refill your space, less $40.
Damage policy. A major credit card must be presented on arrival. Your credit card will be charged for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning cost resulting from your stay.
